Dr Khaw Chong Hui graduated from the University of Dublin in 2000 and obtained his postgraduate MRCP (Ireland) in 2003. He subsequently went on to complete his Fellowship in Endocrinology in Malaysia and Australia under the Ministry of Health. He treats all endocrine conditions and is passionate about providing holistic, evidence-based care to his patients.
Endocrinologists are specially trained physicians who diagnose diseases related to the glands. The diseases they are trained to treat often affect other parts of the body beyond glands.
The glands in a person’s body release hormones. Endocrinologists treat people who suffer from hormonal imbalances, typically from glands in the endocrine system or certain types of cancers. The overall goal of treatment is to restore the normal balance of hormones found in a patient’s body.
Dr Khaw’s sessional consultation room is in Jalan Burma, located in the heart of Georgetown with easily available parking. He consults at Penang Adventist Hospital as a Diabetologist and Endocrinologist in Penang, Malaysia.
